The vision and mission of the institution is to provide higher quality education to the socially and economically weaker students of backward class belonging to the rural areas through distribution of knowledge in the branch of Arts Commerce and all – round personality development.

SHORT TERM GOAL

1) Seminars, symposia and guest lecture form time to time. 2) Motivating faculty member to attend Orientation Programmer and Refresher. 3) Encouraging faculty members to participate in seminars, workshops and conferences. 4) Conducting class tests, unit tests and college tests examination. 5) Organizing class seminar and personality development Programmer for the students 6) Completing syllabus within the due course of time. 7) Organizing various competition such as elocution, debate etc. 8) Arranging study tours and visits for the students of respective subjects. 9) Teachers give Shorter timeline. 10) Teachers may not require progress review to stay on target. 11) Set smaller periodic goals.

LONG TERM GOAL

Implementing academic calendar and teaching plan effectively and organizing. Courses in order to update their knowledge. Encouraging faculty members to participate in seminars, workshops and conferences. Giving home assignment and project work to the students. Providing all kinds of information to the students though notice boards. Organizing sport activities and cultural activities. Organizing program on the birth & death anniversaries of great personalities of the nation. Teachers Review regularly. Teachers may require re-evaluation.
